The Ratist Audio is the music-and-audio member of The Ratist family, alongside The Ratist (movies & TV), The Ratist Books and The Ratist Travel. Same philosophy — deep, criteria-based ratings instead of blunt star scores — pointed at songs, albums, artists, audiobooks and podcasts.
Five features, four of them real: a Music Store selling licensed recordings, Live Radio carrying hundreds of real stations, Artist Radio programming restored public-domain records, Podcasts streamed from their publishers, and Audiobooks — public-domain readings plus the books you generate on Ratist Books. Around them sits the ratings platform: playlists, reviews, hot takes, and the Ratist scale. No account required — everything works signed out and stays in your browser; sign in with Google if you want your library to follow you across devices.

About the content
The seed music catalog — artists, releases, reviews and articles — is fictional demo content, written to make the ratings platform feel alive, and its audio is synthesized locally at build time. Everything else here is real: the store sells real recordings under real licenses, Live Radio and Artist Radio play real stations and restored public-domain records, and the audiobooks are real public-domain readings.
Podcasts are the one exception, and deliberately so: those are real shows, discovered through the open Podcast Index and streamed from their publishers' own public RSS feeds — which is exactly what podcast RSS is for. Every episode plays directly from the publisher's servers; we never copy or re-host their audio, and publishers who ask not to be listed are removed.
